• RECEPTION OF YOUR DOCUMENTS
  
  ♦ You can sent us your documents per mail, fax or per post
  ♦ Documents from type Word, Excel, Powerpoint... swill be directly translated on the original document
  ♦ For all other type of document, please contact us.
  
   
• QUOTATION FREE OF CHARGE
  
  ♦ You will receive for free a customized quotation within 24 hours following the reception of your inquiry.
  ♦ For special documents, we will tell you our best lead time for the quotation.
  ♦ Our lead time will take in account your needs and the volume of the document. Don't hesistate: Tell us your need and if necessary the urgency of your inquiry
   
• RETURN OF YOUR DOCUMENTS
  
  ♦ You will receive in the promised lead time, your documents translated in the same file format (except special case)
  ♦ If requested, we have also the possibility to format your documents. In this case, the price for formatting will be included in the quotation.
  ⇒ Feel free to give us the logos or screen masks of your company, to be integrated in the document format.
   
• SOFTWARE
  
  ♦ We are usually using SDL Trados Studio 2009, but we can also study all other request (Tag Editor, SDLX...)
   
• CONFIDENTIALITY
  
  ♦ We guarantee the confidentiality for all the documents, that you will give to MV Traduction for translation and/or formatting.
  ♦ No copy or distribution of you documents will be made, except with your written request.
